La Fortaleza Del Sol is a cheese factory located in the southeast Spain, in the region of Guadalentín River. In it, cheeses are made in an artisanal way with pure goat's milk from the farms of our partners: soft paste, pressed paste and lactic coagulation cheeses.
The cheeses are made following ancient recipes for centuries, which have been continued by generations of artisans and shepherds in the area. This process, coupled with the best selection of raw materials, makes our cheeses obtain notes of aroma, texture and flavour that can only be acquired in a cheese made by expert artisan hands. |
